Dr. Sharon Kipetz and her Umbrella

November 23, 2014 by Judy

We were graced by the presence of Dr. Sharon Kipetz, Dean of Students from UW Oshkosh.  She made an umbrella twice!  This is her second one, and she plans on doing still more.  She is doing them for Christmas gifts.  She is an avid knitter, but doesn’t sew very often.  Can you believe it?  That’s just how easy it is to do these.  And, fun too!  A gift like this

Colleen Jansen’s Awesome Quilt

November 17, 2014 by Judy

We have so many talented people that come into the shop.   I always make certain to tell them to bring in finished projects.  I really love to see the projects that people have done using fabric from the Bungalow.  But, I like to see other things too.  Even if they didn’t buy their fabric from me, the quilts are still awesome.  Colleen Jansen is really talented.  She makes such

Bungalow has always been a very

Dr. Christal Sakrison was the ultimate Goddess of Knitting, helping everyone through the rough spots. There were plenty of snacks and beverages to fortify everyone through long sessions of knitting and purling.  We

Row by Row from the Summer of 2014

November 2, 2014 by Judy

We are always getting asked about the Row by Row for 2014.  Maybe it’s because the Bungalow had the only really modern one in the state of Wisconsin, or maybe because Row by Row was so much fun.  I will sell the row by row pattern to anyone who would like it.  Just contact me through the website.  It is paper pieced, so it makes it a little more of
