Bungalow Quilting & Yarn

Bungalow Quilting & Yarn - The Uptown in Any Town

Silicon Oven Mitt Class Sept. 26th 6:30 p.m.

August 14, 2018 by Judy

This oven mitt is amazing! I wish that I would have thought of this. But, the next best thing is to sew one up. They are easy, but take a little guidance with the pattern. This class will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 26th. This mitt is a must have for a shower gift, wedding gift or anytime gift, even to yourself.

You will love the fact that it comes up high on your arm and works up to 450 degrees. Non slip too!

Cost of class $25, does not include materials.

Supply list: Oven mitt pattern and mitt (available to purchase at class)

fabric for mitt-

1 fat quarter or 1/2 yard for exterior print

1 fat quarter or 1/2 yard for liner

fat quarter for lower band and binding

fat quarter or 1/2 yard muslin or plain white for liner

batting: 1/2 yard of cotton

Sewing machine with walking foot

thread

basic sewing supplies

You can purchase your fabrics and quilt batting at the time of class. This works great though for your batting scraps that you have leftover from other projects.
